Pastor Chris”The” Man

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on December 7 th, 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a family of faith, supported by loving and loving parents. He is the oldest son born to Elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina the mother of the Oyakhilome family, who imparted her divine grace on her son from an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry is a family effort. Reverend Ken is his brother and the revered pastor at Christ Embassy’s Houston Texas Church. He is also a part of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren is the director for the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry that has a host of gospel top-selling artists.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Pastor Chris is the father of two daughters: Carissa Sharon (Charlene) and Chris. Carissa Sharon is following the way of her father, sharing the Gospel of God to the world. Also known CSO she is a gospel singer who has won awards and is a part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his education in Edo College. Ambrose Ali University was the campus where he sensed God calling him to be an ordained minister to the Lord.

The Man of God created what would eventually become one of the largest churches in the world while he was still in school at the university. He had a small prayer group called ‘Youth for Christ’, that eventually grew into one of one of the largest organizations of its type on campus and would serve as the basis for the future Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated with millions of followers across the world.

Christ Embassy has strong presence in Pastor Chris’s home country of Nigeria, South Africa and Canada. The church operates two Healing Schools located in South Africa and Canada, in which Pastor Chris holds seasonal sessions where the power of God is demonstrated.

Music and Gospel Music form an integral aspect of worship. Pastor Chris supports Christ Embassy Churches and Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry choir training. Many of the singing artists are soloists who have achieved success under the guidance of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s direction.

The Future African Leaders Foundation focuses its efforts on continuing the work of Pastor Chris. It acknowledges and helps young, bright leaders. Pastor Chris is investing in the young people of today to help them become the leaders of the future.

A daily devotional and study guide for prayer that provides inspirational insight into God’s Word. Rhapsody of Realities was translated into a variety of languages and then distributed to millions of people around the world.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome founded the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation Internet (COFI) as an international non-profit organization. The organization’s goal is to help those who are most vulnerable and communities within certain regions and countries of poverty across the globe.

Chris Oyakhilome Alongside proclaiming the gospel, the Man of God has also created a variety of non-profit organizations with the aim of providing essential services and hope for the needy, poor, or forgotten. Five partners are part of COFI, all working together to improve living standards in the most deprived areas.

COFI is the responsible organization for the InnerCity Mission ICM for Children as well as the Volunteer Medical Corps VMC, Traumacare International Foundation TCIF, Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) and along with the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organizations strives to improve the health, lives and spirits for those most in dire need.

His charity also provides nourishment for children who are in need. Pastor Chris believes in the development of strong communities through the encouragement of responsible governance and accountability in leadership. In accordance with The Sustainable Development Goals, Pastor Chris is also a proponent of sustainable development within Africa and other fragile areas of Africa through COFI.
